Sciatic pain is usually caused by compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve, often due to tight muscles (such as the piriformis), postural imbalances, or structural tension patterns in the hips and lower back. Understanding Stress in the Context of Prioritisation

Stress is an inevitable part of life, especially in our fast-paced, constantly connected world. However, how we manage stress significantly impacts our ability to function optimally in both our personal and professional lives. Prioritising stress management is not about eliminating stress entirely; instead, it’s about developing resilience and strategies to balance stress, ensuring it doesn’t overwhelm our capacity to think, decide, and act effectively.

The skills we’ve been developing over the past weeks – Time Management and Decision-Making – play a critical role in stress management. Effective time management can significantly reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed, a common stressor for many.   2. helping others: living my whole life as a visually impaired – I have to say – yes, you have to learn how to help. Because we are not born with this ability, we must learn to ask questions and listen to the answers.
  3. learning: as my previous point already indicated, openness to new things and the ability to learn are essential. However, many things can be learned while volunteering. With the Thornton Rose RDA, we learn about different disabilities, mental illnesses, and conditions. The other important part of our journey is understanding horses’ nature and how to care for them properly.
