A Samhain-inspired journey of healing, release, and sacred rest. Available only during October 2025

A little bit more about my Witch’s Touch Renewal Ritual

October is not just another month in the calendar.
For witches, intuitives, and those who walk the earth with open hearts, it is a season of thresholds — a time when the veil between worlds grows thin, and we are called to reflect, release, and root deeper into who we are becoming.

At Samhain, we honour the cycle of death and rebirth — both in nature and within ourselves. The leaves fall, the days shorten, and the world darkens, not as an ending… but as an invitation inward. Inward to wisdom. Inward to rest. Inward to the self beneath all roles and noise.

This is the spirit in which the Witch’s Touch Renewal Ritual was born.

✨ What’s Included:

This 2-hour sacred experience is carefully crafted to help you shed the emotional weight of the year, reconnect with your body, and set intentions for the path ahead — all held within the quiet power of Samhain’s energy.

🌿 Four Elements Cleansing Footbath & Breathwork

The ritual begins with a footbath infused with seasonal herbs, salts, and essential oils, honouring Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
While your feet soak, you’ll be guided through a gentle breathwork practice to calm the nervous system and begin the process of release — emotionally, energetically, and physically.

Each element supports a different part of your return to balance:

  • Water soothes and invites softness

  • Earth grounds you into your body and truth

  • Air brings clarity and presence through breath

  • Fire ignites your inner light — even in the darker seasons

💆‍♀️ 90-Minute Aromatherapy Massage

Sink into a slow, intuitive massage with oils chosen to support your individual needs. This part of the ritual helps move stagnant energy, relax tension, and create a sense of safety and rootedness in your body.
You are not just touched — you are held.

🕯️ Enchanted Gift to Take Home

You’ll leave with a small ritual bundle: a hand-poured candle, a seasonal herbal tea blend, and a charm to carry your intention forward into the darker half of the year. These tools are meant to support your own rituals at home — simple, powerful acts of self-devotion.

🔮 Why Ritual Still Matters in the Modern World

In today’s fast-moving world, ritual may seem like a luxury — or something mystical reserved for “other people.” But in truth, ritual is one of the most ancient and human ways we process change, grief, growth, and transformation.

When we light a candle, speak an intention aloud, or pause to reflect during the shifting of seasons, we are remembering something deep and vital:
That we are cyclical beings.
That we don’t have to carry everything forward.
That endings are sacred too.

In this ritual, I also gently weave in elements of imaginative coaching — intuitive questioning, imagery, and embodied awareness — to help you explore what you’re ready to release, and what seeds you want to plant for the season ahead.
No pressure, no performance — just a safe, soft space to reflect and realign.

You may leave with clarity.
You may leave with peace.
You may simply leave feeling a little lighter — and that, too, is powerful.

Embracing Change with Samhain: A Holistic Approach

Greetings, dear readers,

As we delve into the enchanting month of October, our monthly theme of “Embracing Change” takes us on a journey through the tapestry of transformation. Change is a fundamental aspect of life, just as the elements of nature have always evolved, and in embracing change, we find the opportunity for growth, renewal, and spiritual connection.

Unknown-31

In my coaching practice, I’ve always been deeply connected to the elements of nature – the whispering forests, the ever-watchful Moon, and the infinite expanse of stars. I believe in a holistic approach to self-discovery, and that means inviting my clients to explore the spiritual symbols, archetypes, and elements to which they feel a deep, resonating connection. It’s a practice that holds incredible power because, more often than not, our hesitations, procrastinations, and reluctance to leave toxic or unhealthy situations stem from not listening to ourselves meaningfully.

This brings us to a profoundly significant event on the horizon – **Samhain**. This ancient festival, whose roots lie in Celtic and Pagan traditions, marks the crossroads between autumn and winter, light and dark. It is a time of profound significance, celebrated at the end of October and the beginning of November. As the world around us transforms with the changing seasons, Samhain offers a beautiful parallel to our theme of embracing change.

**The Origins of Samhain:**

Samhain, which means “Summer’s End” in Gaelic, holds a rich history rooted in the belief that during this time, the veil between the physical world and the spirit world becomes its thinnest. It’s a time to honour and remember those who have passed on, a time to reflect on our own mortality and the cycles of life and death. Samhain marks the end of the harvest season, a time when the ancients would stockpile resources for the long winter ahead. It’s a moment of deep connection with the earth’s cycles and a time to give thanks for the bounties of the year.

**Embracing Change with Samhain:**

Samhain encourages us to embrace the inevitability of change and to acknowledge the interconnectedness of life and death. It’s a poignant reminder that change is not just a personal journey but a universal one, a cycle that we are all a part of. As the seasons shift and the world around us transforms, Samhain teaches us that we must let go of what no longer serves us and prepare for the new beginnings that await us.

**Celebrating Samhain with Embracing Change in Mind:**

So, how can we celebrate Samhain while keeping the theme of embracing change close to our hearts? Here are a few ideas:

🍁 **Create an Ancestral Corner**: Set up a special space to honour and remember your ancestors. Light a candle, write a short message to them, and take a moment to reflect on the wisdom they passed down to you.

🌌 **Meditate on Transformation**: Find a quiet moment to meditate on the themes of change and transformation. Consider what you’re ready to release and what you’re eager to embrace in the coming months.

🌕 **Moon Gazing**: Spend time under the moonlight, contemplating the cycles of life and the ever-changing phases of the Moon. Write down your intentions for embracing change and place them under the Moon’s gentle glow.

🍂 **Harvest Reflection**: Just as the ancient Celts would take stock of their harvest, consider your own personal harvest this year. What have you gained, and what have you learned? How can you apply these lessons to embrace change in the year ahead?

This Samhain, let us embrace change with open hearts, like the falling leaves that surrender to the wind. Let us honour the wisdom of our ancestors, the cycles of life, and the profound connection between ourselves and the world around us. May this season bring clarity, transformation, and a deep sense of empowerment as we continue our journey of embracing change mindfully.

Blessed Samhain to all, and may your path be illuminated with wisdom and transformation. 🌙🍂🕯️

Theme of October: Embraceing change

Hello dear friends,

As we step into the beautiful month of October, I wanted to share some thoughts with you about embracing change. October has always held a special place in my heart, and not just because of the stunning autumn scenery or the excitement of Halloween approaching. It’s a time of transformation, a reminder that change is an inevitable part of life, and learning to accept it can bring immense peace and growth.

For me, October marks the beginning of many significant chapters in my life. It’s the time when school started in my childhood, and later, it signaled the start of a new academic year in higher education. Those were times of hustle and bustle, challenges, and new beginnings. But no matter how daunting change might seem at first, it often leads to personal development and wonderful experiences.

Fifteen years ago, in the heart of October, I became a mother. The birth of my child was a monumental change, and it brought its own set of challenges and joys. Watching my little one grow into a remarkable individual has been a remarkable journey of change and acceptance. Parenthood has taught me that embracing change can open the door to some of life’s most beautiful moments.

Autumn itself is a masterclass in embracing change. The leaves change from vibrant greens to a breathtaking spectrum of reds, oranges, and yellows. The air carries the nostalgic scent of decaying leaves, and the days grow shorter while shadows lengthen. It’s a reminder that change can be beautiful and that letting go of the old can make room for the new.

Towards the end of October, we celebrate Halloween, a holiday that embodies the idea that the boundaries between worlds are at their thinnest. It’s a time when imagination comes to life, and we can become anyone or anything we desire. For me, Halloween represents the magic of embracing change, of exploring different worlds and possibilities.

But beyond the costumes and candy, Halloween holds a deeper meaning. It’s a time to remember and honor those who have passed away. It’s a moment to accept the changes that come with loss and find comfort in the idea that, for a brief moment, our worlds may align, and we can feel closer to those we’ve lost.

In October, I encourage all of you to reflect on what this month means to you. How does it connect to your own experiences of change and transformation? What are your initial thoughts and feelings when it comes to accepting change, whether it’s the changing seasons, life transitions, or personal growth?

Let’s engage in a meaningful conversation about embracing change this month. Share your stories, your insights, and your wisdom in the comments. Together, we can learn from each other and find inspiration in the beauty of transformation.

Wishing you all a wonderful October filled with acceptance, growth, and the magic of change.

With warmth and gratitude,
Eva🍁✨
